• It means being truthful, not misleading clients in my self-interest, and doing everything within ethica bounds to deliver results.
• It means never forgetting that this may be another case in the book for me, but to my client, this is their home.
• It means giving my 200% in every step of the way and taking responsibility for my actions.
• It means not taking shortcuts and easy way outs, and finding solutions by facing problems head-on.
